Defined as a versatile and dynamic singer, Kristine's talent and passion for singing spreads across many stages and genres.

Kristine continues to bring world music and Portuguese Fado to different stages around Idaho and California. Alongside fellow musicians, Oscar Ortega, James Lancaster, and Jef Torp, Kristine is working on her debut world music album with the first two singles releasing in 2019 and more music continuing in 2020.

A classically trained soprano, Kristine received her BM in Vocal Performance and a BM in Music Education from Boise State University with vocal training from Dr. Laura Rushing-Raynes.

While at Boise State, Kristine performed in the production of Henry Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas as Belinda and was also featured as a soloist with the Boise State Symphony Orchestra performance of Beethoven’s Fantasy in C minor. She also had the pleasure of being featured as a soloist with the Boise State Symphonic Winds in the performance of Angels in the Architecture along side the composer and conductor Frank Ticheli.

Being a member of Opera Idaho’s resident company since 2008, Kristine performed as the Flower Woman in the production of André Previn's opera, A Streetcar Named Desire in April 2018. In 2013, she performed the role of Mrs. Gleaton in the production of Carlisle Floyd's Susannah and has performed in their productions of Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Gounod’s Faust, Leoncavallo's Pagliacci, Mozart’s Magic Flute, and Puccini's La BohèmeTosca, and Madama Butterfly. 

Starting in 2011 through 2015, Kristine became the lead vocalist and co-founder of the successful Latin and Portuguese group Rosa Dos Ventos where they gained much popularity while touring through out Idaho, Nevada, and California.  In 2013, she along with her band, shared the stage with world renowned Portuguese artist Jorge Ferreira. During the same year, she also had the opportunity to sing backup vocals for internationally known singer Josh Groban during his show in Boise, Idaho.

In 2014, Kristine made her Fado debut singing at the premiere of the Portuguese in California Documentary in San Jose, California with Portuguese artist Chico Avila and instrumentalist group Sete Colinas. In 2015, Kristine shared the stage with Fadista Teresa Tapadas from Portugal. In 2016 and 2017, she also shared the stage with Argentinean grammy nominated singer María Volonté and the Blue Tango Project. Other notable performance stages have been at the Treefort Music Festival, World Village Music Festival, and with the Global Lounge Organization. 

In 2018, Kristine once again returned to California and joined Portuguese Fadistas Luisa Rocha and Fabio Ourique. In 2019, she shared the stage with Fadistas Mara Pedro and David Silveira Garcia.
